Champion player Drogba is.
yepp even last year vs Varane he really toyed with him (and varane was excellent that season stopping pretty much everyone)
if we don't want to splash the cash on suarez we should go for this guy. will put benzema where he belongs

That should do
I dont get it. Fans of Italian football stick together when Europe is in question. I even wish Nazio would do well in EL

They need 3 goals difference, as they didn't score in London. That is, of course, assuming that Dortmund win, which is not a given at all.

Re: Champions League: Match-day 6
Why do people revel in other people's misery? In normal conditions, extremely unlikely that Gala even gets the opportunity to get a late goal. But with those conditions, it became 50/50.
Drogba just owned the Juve CBs on the hoofs. That decided the game and a lot of luck.

Re: Champions League: Match-day 6
I like to think this is Juve sacrificing the CL for another scudetto run. They are a long ways off from being good enough to win this comp anyway so it makes sense to me to focus on something more attainable.
Not particularly surprised by their premature exit.

Drogba has ruined careers. Ask Senderos.
He is a monster. Even at 36 he is miles better than the scrubs at Chelsea.

We will win.
Coming 2nd to only face Bayern, Madrid, Barca is pointless.

Please stop this nonsense. I am ecstatic that Juve is out, why should I not be? Why the hell should we support our rivals?

the only team it was a disadvantage for was Galatasaray because they actually needed to win. And they did

It's gonna happen. We are horrible, almost lost to Livorno while Ajax beat Barca. The match wil be close, Milan will fight, but Ajax will edge it out.

Re: Champions League: Match-day 6
It really is wrong to point out the strength of the league in this context though.Let us be real here.
Napoli have done fairly well in a really tough group. The bad light here should be shed on Juventus for underperforming in Europe despite having the quality ,not on the league.

And what's more, the pitch in front of Gala's goal was MUCH better. So you can stop the pitch excuse right now.

Kaka, Balo & SES together at last was really good v Livorno. Just a shame that our defence is crap.jibers wrote:M99 wrote:jibers wrote:Milan the only team in the CL

nah napoli wont win. they had their chance against Dortmund and they completely blew it
Arsenal are better than dortmund. Napoli might score a goal but I feel that will be down to individual quality rather than collectively

Well, if more Italian clubs do well in Europe then more good players want to come to Italy. And to Milan.

Hamsik will miss the Arsenal game due to injury. That's half the game right there.
