Looking at her goal compared to the others on the list, I just get the feeling that was included because they need a woman on the list.

They always have one, at least (woman).

gotta hand it to zlatan, this is an award that is usually full of scrubs who won the lottery with their shot, but this guy has the genuine ability to do these wonder goals on a yearly basis ffs. Btw its funny that none of these are ever a goal of significant importance

Zlatan should win, or lisa de vanna, the timing and coordination was sublime and the athletisism was incredible even for a man let alone a woman, its actually a better move than zlatans, but zlatans was just so damn far out

and imo rvp's volley was a more difficult and better one than di Natalie's

I've seen too many of Ankersen's van Basten type volley as Borriello and that Fulham player performed them.

Most of them were screamers to which you see in the EPL almost every week.

Kone and Di Natale's were of pure mastery in technique.

Zlatan's by a mile. You will never see a goal like that again. The fact that he had the audacity to capitalize on a ball 6 foot in the air from such an angle, and too land it directly within the net is ridiculous.

Its quite simply the best goal I have ever seen.

Mexes' goal was better than all of these. Anyway, voting for De Vanna because she is probably the only Australian to ever be nominated for this award.

Absurd that Mexes hasn't been nominated, though in his absence I have to vote for Ibra.
