For what it's worth, Espanyol have only won once away to FC Barcelona in 31 years. The last two times Espanyol visited the Camp Nou they were defeated by a 4-0 scoreline. (FCB)

why is messi playing on the rw against espanyol? against a park the bus team i get it, more space on the right, but against espanyol he doesn't have the work rate for it and he is too far away from the game

Well Espanyol are parking the bus, from minute 1 they retreated.
Dani Alves was half trapped and they backed off him just to get back to the half way line.
Plus, Messi is certainly not staying on the right to the degree he did vs Madrid. As we speak he has been in the middle for at least 5 minutes.

I dont know why but Tata is Messi making invisible on that right hand side 
He was there for about 60% and hardly seen anything from him. Last ten minutes he was put in the center when there was more space and he came alive. Strange tactics.

Alexis was more on the right then Messi was, i think messi isn't scoring because now we cross the ball more then trying to go through the middle like we used to.. for obvious reasons given Messi's height he isn't going to touch the ball much despite having the best header of the game.

Yeah, Alexis was far more invisible than Messi or Neymar. But he still scored the all important tap-in.
Nobody really impressed, at all. Can't really be too critical to the slowness when that was 4th game in 10 days, which included away games against Milan, Celta, Clasico and derby.
Luckily the next game is Wednesday at home.

I actually hope he doesn't win it if Ribery is to win it. He already has 4 of those and they and it is unlikely someone soon will repeat this. Scarface deserves this Bdor as did Xavi after the WC. Didnt miss much, pretty unintresting game with a few bright individual moments. Mostly from Neymar. While it hasnt his best game, he has that Ronaldinho quality about him in terms of doing something different nearly every game you want to see more than once.
