Juventus boss Conte to stay silent

Antonio Conte will not speak to the media ahead of Juventus’ game against Catania on Wednesday evening.

The tactician usually holds a Press conference on the eve of a Serie A tie, but he’s decided to stay quiet today.

Conte hit out at sections of the media on Sunday in reaction to claims that there has been a rift between himself and director general Beppe Marotta.

“Stick to talking about football and how the team plays,” the former midfielder noted after the 2-0 win over Genoa

“Don’t go inventing things about the relationship between myself and the club.”
