Oooo this is a good one, I'm going to give it to Neymar tho. But I wonder how it'll be if they played in opposite leagues, EPL's physicality and tackles versus La Liga's more tactical approach

Both are team players, have great vision, and playmaking ability. Neymar is a better finisher of course, and me thinks he has the edge on being tricky. If both were playing for Lille and santos respectively would be great to watch

Neymar seems to be creating more assist than playmaker hazard in their respective leagues this year. Hazard has bagged more goals than the winger neymar .

dunno why this is "quite clearly" neymar, Hazard is quite amazing himself. It's too early to call in my opinion. Neymar is naturally more of a scorer, and hazard a bit more of a playmaker but it's probably the greatest distinctions between both. Similar talent, similarly skilled, same age.

Neymar being brazilian is naturally hyped (and he happens to be good). Hazard is only guilty of being belgian lol.
