Next 6 Away games

We have no business finishing in the top 4, if we can't even beat Hull freaking City home and away.

those are the type of games we must win, as we'll lose to most of top teams due to our dogshit midfield anyways.

3 very winnable games. Win those 3 and we're guaranteed a top 4 finish for the first half of the season iMO.

Hull have lost 4 of the last 5 and are on low confidence, so we're visiting them at the right time.

Time to build some gap and confidence before the decisive 3 away gams at WHL, Ettihad ,an SB

In these three games, we need to get back to what we do best and that is play some good football performance wise because once some our players get some confidence that will help them massively to come good against top sides. I think 3 away gams at WHL, Ettihad ,an SB results may depend on what tactics we play with. We can surely come with some points with come luck on our side

I can definitely see us winning 6 there. Fulham, Hull City x 2, Norwich, West Ham, and Cardiff. No room for error.

And then we'll need 2 draws from the other 4 big games. Which is definitely doable. And if we mess up one of the 6 matches then we'll have to win one of these.

So like I said, we're still perfectly on our way to a good finish. Just need to take care of those winnable matches.

I've stated this before, but this might be a better thread for it.

Am I alone when I say Luis Suarez is the only one that turns up EVERY game? Whenever we play away, we look so boring and out of place. We have no chemistry between other players and players generally look out of it. It's a whole different ball game when we're at Anfield and everyone seems to turn up.

Didn't know where to post this, so I'll just post it here.

We have to play Spurs, City and Chelsea away, with Cardiff at Anfield (who CAN beat any top side if teams are complacent). Bellamy back at Anfield. Come out of those ‘pointless’ and we could easily fall back down to 7th.

We need ATLEAST 6 points from those games to put us in a good position for the second half of the season (and when the league opens up). The only problem is that we're dead average on the road and we miss Gerrard (best midfielder, and best set piece taker in the league) and Sturridge (huge to us) in those games.

Any who, Spurs are first. Game on.  

We must take eight points from those four games. We have dropped too many points with smaller teams.

With Gerrard (how long!) and Sturridge out, it's really a testing time.

I think if we manager 10 points from these 6 away fixtures, we'll be in a fantastic position. It's good to we play ALL the top teams (cept Saints and Man U) at HOME in second half of the season.

Well, it ended up being 4 points. Disappointing.

Ridiculous that, Art. 4 points out of 18.
 
But looking at the "positives", we're not all that bad in comparison to the teams around us.
 

 
Mourinho's got it right... lol. Said it before, for all his "negative" football, he's effective. Laughable how people didn't think he'd turn Chelsea into title challengers. Like Liverpool, he's played majority of his games away from home, yet still managed to steal points from those teams because he's not clueless tactically. If Rodgers tried to emulate Mourinho's "thoughts", he's either an idiot or he has a lot of balls. Well, that's not true. If he had balls he'd play death by football as that was probably our best chance of getting 3 points regardless if it's at home or away........

Chelsea will now go into the second half of the season in full confidence of stealing more points from his rivals.
 
City have the biggest challenge, they have to play every top team away from home now.
