The Guardian says that Tomorrow the Italian national team board will get together to discuss Conte's future (not sure how much there is to discuss) and he should be free to sign with us after that point.

A formal announcement is expected later today but the federation president Carlo Tavecchio, speaking outside the governing body’s home in Rome, confirmed the 46-year-old has made clear his intention to depart. “Conte will leave the national team after the European Championship,” said Tavecchio.

The news everyone was expecting. Conte won't stay beyond the Euros, So I'd expect him to sign for us within the next few days.

While Azpilicueta says the players do not know who the next manager will be.

It's a solid appointment. It's definitely one of the best we could have made. We should be fine for the next season.

I just hope he won't be too keen into forcing his 3-5-2 or to bring not that great players only because they orbit around Italy/Serie A. I don't want to see stuff like Ranocchia Giaccherini we've been linked to with the Chelsea shirt :facepalm:
