You know they did spend big to replace them. Saw them on some list for top 5 spenders in Europe last summer.

Fellaini is simply not technically talented enough to be at a club like United. Often, he gets caught with the ball, loses it and ends up fouling the player. His first touch is meh, his control would make a drunk driver blush and, had it not been for the fact that he's a giant mofo with bags of strength, United wouldn't have even considered buying him
