Re: Suffered United
I guess you could add Robert Lewandowski, too. He suffered greatly when Dortmund didn't allow his transfer.

How do you not have Cesc in the lineup? He's the Original Sufferer
- The Independent 13 JULY 2011Barcelona midfielder Xavi has revealed Arsenal captain Cesc Fabregas told him he was "suffering" because of his desire to join the Catalan club.

Re: Suffered United
Severe lack of Cabaye in this thread tbh.
Arsenal make low bid.... player proceeds to go on strike to force the move and when it turns out Arsenal are not really that interested.... this happened.
Ashley let Cabaye listen to phone negotiations + he heard Arsenal say: "25 million a lot for a reserve"

Re: Suffered United
GK: Iker - The guy is a joke and can't handle being benched for sporting reasons. Using his whore of a GF to carry on putting pressure on carlito. Hopefully it carries on and Lopez benches him out of Madrid. What SAF said is so true. he would have been kicked out of United with this shameful attitude.
RB: Sagna: out of form and was almost sold in the summer
LB: Coentrao - Suffering at Madrid and tried to leave
CB: Pique Suffered under Guardiola because of tiki taka and felt enslaved by the playing style
CB: Sakho: Suffered at PSG and was benched by Alex
CM: Martinez: After being instruental in Bayerns European cup triumph Vagiola came in and decided to play him at cb that was disatrous. He has been benched ever since and then got injured to add insult to suffering. His suffering is set to continue.
CM: Cesc: The original sufferer. I pitied him and sympathised with him when he was at Arsenal because he was suffering on £100,000 a week . he then moved home and carried on suffering for 2 years. When iniesta and Xavi are both fit i have no doubt his suffering tale will continue
AM: Kagawa: Suffering at United currently, despite being potentially one of the best AMs in europe, he is benched by Giggs consistently and has a #freeshinji movement going for him.
LM: Cristiano Ronaldo: He is currently still sad at RM for various reasons and Bale being more expensive than him has increased his suffering to untold proportions! So much so that he has already tried injuring him during training! Watch the space, in terms of talen, he is the best sufferer in this XI, but like RM, this XI is going to be forced to play counter-suffering to make use of Ronaldo's full suffering potential.
RM: Ozil - Even in this XI he can't even get into his own position as AM because Kagawa is suffering more than him, increasing Ozil's suffering by a 100 fold. He was benched by Isco and moved because noone had any confidence in him.
CF: Lewandowski: Suarez: He is suffeirng so badly and still tried leaving on deadline day. This guy tried lying he wanted to leave England then tried pushing for a move to Arsenal which failed. He is still banned and his suffeirng is set to carry on
Honourable Suffers:
Lewandowski: Tried hard but is suffering at Borussia. The bumping of his wages by 3 million a year will surely ease his suffering a little. He is going to Bayern for sure so he suffering will be eased.
Manager: Has to e Arsene. He epitomises suffering on the job aka suffer-as-you-go. His stay at arsenal is nearing its end and he looks older than SAF despite being almost a decade younger.

Re: Suffered United
How about
'The Ostracized Suffering XI'
They would also be suffering, but at the same time ostracized from the starting XI.

Re: Suffered United
Suffering XI reserves: Valdes; Richards/Lichtsteiner, Vermaelen, Skrtel, Assou-Ekotto; Obi Mikel, Cabaye; Hulk, Mata, Lamela; Benzema.
Many sufferers, less positions.

Re: Suffered United
Tim Wiese should be the GK of Ostracized FC. He is 4th GK at Hoffenheim of all clubs and not even allowed to train or eat with the proper team. He is banned to the infamous training group 2. I doubt more ostracization is even possible.

Holy shit
Think he's probably the only player ever to qualify for the 'Neglected & Abused' XI.

Re: Suffered United
Well, Hoffenheim wanted him to go and find some other team, but he decided he'd prefer to sit out his well paid contract. ^^
