By teams I'm going to assume you mean clubs and by clubs I will assume you mean Management.
This is the same club that has refused to buy a Decent central mf since 2010. The same club that let Pogba go, the same club that almost let Januzaj go, and the same club that bid 40 million for Sammi *bleep* Khedira...I hope you were being ironic because our club is certainly not 'smart'
As for the problem with Moyes, it is a coaching problem at United. The same problem we have had since 2009. Now that SAF is gone the selection is worse. How can Phil Neville be a *bleep* coach? Is Moyes for real? I think people don't understand the importance of coaching on this forum. Moyes is a decent coach but he is not a title winning coach. Phelan at least coached a functional team. Now, we have horrible selection and the coaching is terrible. Our team looks more disjointed than ever ffs.
I've been saying this for a while now, we need an external coach, preferbly not British to come and coach this team. Maybe get Pepe Mel to coach us for a year, while Moyes manages of course ala SAF.

Martinez is a manager. We need a good coach now. A similar situation we had with Carlos Queiroz. But who is there? I don't know that much about the coaching world, so maybe Dani can speak a lot more about this.

Jibs, thing is, I don't think many respectable (and good) coaches would leave their currents posts as head coaches for whatever team to be second fiddle to David f*cking Moyes.

Again, I'm talking about general coaches dude. Not managers or assistants. Coaches. The coaching at United is *bleep* terrible.

I know coaches and managers are different you pos. Take Steve Clarke for example. He's appointed head coach by WBA and doesn't do the managerial part of equation. Yet, even still, Steve Clarke has the control over the whole team himself, someone like him is not going to leave their post to play second fiddle to David f*cking Moyes.

As I said, I want someone in the mould of Carlos Queiroz...are you dumb or something? SAF still picked the team and watched training but Queiroz took first team coaching. Basically someone like Mike Phelan but can actually coach properly...It could be anyone out there ffs, not Phil *bleep* Neville

Re: ManUtd in CRISIS!
Jibers i feel you pain brah.... i have wanted an external coach ever since Pardew got given that 8 year contract lol.
Like Moyes i actually feel he's a good manager but he's far too limited as a coach and a tactician and needs help really.

You pos, I'm saying you won't find anyone respectably good that has any sort of experience in the top level.
Scavenging the poverty leagues and lower divisions though, might just work.

As if a Phil Jones at regista team could create enough chances to score 9

Re: ManUtd in CRISIS!
and who's going to make that decision to change your coach? Moyes? He just brought in Phil Neville!
This Ed guy? He's busy sending out media signals about Fabregas to test the resonance among the 'Barca leadership structure', what with their wiggly Occupy Wall Street hand signs.

Without Carrick we have looked *bleep* clueless. Distribution without purpose. Carrick and Jones was ideal.

Tbf Jibs you still looked good with Roonay.... created enough chances to put Everton away because of him.
Its Roonay and Carrick out which made you look utterly clueless.

Ideally infront of Kagawa. Buying RVP was a mistake IMO. Obvious why SAF did it. It was a short term solution so he could walk away on a high. But long term RVP + Rooney forces United into this 4-4-2 shape which is United's main problem IMO.

Re: ManUtd in CRISIS!
Mole you're underestimating the power of playing against El Zapata
But yeah, I was reluctant to buy into the whole 'United crisis' stuff at first.
But two back to back home defeats, with some truely clueless play and yeah, i'd call it a mini-crisis
If I was a UTD fan, my biggest worry would be about keeping hold of some of the best players.
RVP in particular. He left Arsenal to win trophies, I doubt that on the wrong side of 30 he's going to be willing to stick around in a transitional period. Considering he probably has only a few years left at this level, January or next Summer could be his last chance of moving to add to his trophy cabinet.

SAF trolled him really hard. Told him he wouldn't retire. And then retired. SAF.

Re: ManUtd in CRISIS!
Playing 442 isn't the problem lol.... systems are overrated.
The problem is without Roonay and Carrick they have no creative threat and their wingers have declined so they have no wide threat.
Buy quality CMs and quality wide players and the results will flow.
The hate towards 442 is ridiculous lol.... we just won 4 games in a row using it and finished 5th two seasons ago using it and also got to the Quarter finals of EL using it within a whisker of getting to the semi finals.
Man Utd ran away with the league using it, City ran away with it the year before using it.
