Re: ManUtd in CRISIS!
They assumed they could sign players solely based on the fact that they're Manchester United, which failed spectacularly. The League winning squad is still there, but players like Rio, Giggs, Evra etc aren't getting any younger, as well as having no Scholes either. Fellaini is a good player, but United needed more than that this transfer window to stay above the competition and their overpriced, last minute bidding for him indicates a lack of organisation from the people behind the scenes

No, fellaini will save them. Plus Nani and Rooney re-upped with extensions.

Re: ManUtd in CRISIS!
No they are not, but they could be if Moyes fails to get results after a poor transfer window.
Considering Arsenal were in a 'crisis' not so long ago, the fact that only us Gooners have commented here so far doesn't look the best

Going from Ferguson to Moyes, is like leaving Sweden for Somalia.
No surprise there

Don't forget their violation of human rights.. They've held Wayne hostage for how long now? How many transfer requests must the boy hand in?

Re: ManUtd in CRISIS!
Remember United lost their first game last year and walked the league. They are the champ and I dont think they in crises.

Re: ManUtd in CRISIS!
this season city have got better, arsenal have got better, Liverpool have got better, Chelsea have got better, while utd have got fellaini
I don't know if utd will hold their 1st place, but I think the distance between them and everyone else will be less. tbh id be really surprised if they got top 3

Re: ManUtd in CRISIS!
well, up until this season, you had one of the greatest managers of all time.B-Mac wrote:GL loves predicting the downfall of United every year that never happens

Now, you have a manager who only has one thing in common with the all time great Fergie, and that's his nationality.
Having said that I still think you'll come 3rd comfortably. but won't challenge at any point.

Still have no idea what the point of the pre-season was when Zaha was far and above their best player and he hasn't even gotten a look yet.

I wish but no, their level is still the same, others have improved though. The race will be closer this year.

Re: ManUtd in CRISIS!
You say this almost every year. Shit MF, SAF(now Moyes) has lost it, laughable transfer activities and yet at the end we seem to collect something to prove your sorry asses wrong. My gawd. GL.

Re: ManUtd in CRISIS!
Yes, in a nutshell Man United are in a crisis.
United supporters are good at hiding and covering denial, the summer transfer window,or lack of it should of been a huge wake up call for them.
Man Utd fans demand attractive and attacking football, so Herrera or Ozil should of been top of that shopping list, instead the manager played safe and brought in an upmarket Charlie Adam.
From a players prospective they probably think, 'who is Moyes' and 'what has he won' when they find out the answer the lure of just being a 'big club' is insignificant.
The squad is ageing and the replacements as it were are sub standard. Moyes will be embarrassed in europe, but they will all cry out 'give him time'

Re: ManUtd in CRISIS!
Man Utd are far from being in crisis.
They destroyed Swansee without Fellaini.
Loss at LfC is irrelevant.
They are too big of a club to allow such downfall.
