Never have I seen so much talk of a seventh placed team challenging for the title. It's like pundits don't even look at the table. I think they're just regurgitating the same points from years past.

Seriously, though... Some of them are acting like United are in second or third and 5 points off the lead. Imagine talking about Liverpool winning the title in 2010-11 season... That's what we're talking about here. CAn we please move past these questions into far more relevant topics. I'm looking at you, the English Media. Get it together! :coffee:

Well, the media rarely reflects the fans' thoughts with their stories.

Like, right now the BBC's main story on their football page is "We won't give up on title, says Moyes". Yet we as fans know United are not challenging for the title any longer. The media, no matter how respected, has always at least a little tendency to go for the dramatic. We as individuals don't.

The only reason their in a "crisis" is because Moyes is clueless. lol

Let's be clear, no doubt he'll be a quality player for them but it's clear United needed to fix their defence / deeper midfield / their wingers and didn't.

Said at the beginning that their problems lay too deep and else where. Mata signing was just an illusion for success to keep the fans from moaning.

Despite the poor results United is not in crisis.
