Juventus deal for Nani?
There are reports Juventus have agreed a deal with Manchester United for Nani, while Richmond Boakye joins Elche.
According to Paddy Power, the Bianconeri are on the verge of completing a move for the Portuguese winger.
It’s not the first time they have been linked with Nani, as this story has emerged on and off throughout the summer.
Manchester United are thought to want at least €13m for the 26-year-old, who has been at Old Trafford for six years.
Meanwhile, Juventus have officially loaned 20-year-old Ghana striker Boakye to Spanish club Elche.
The announcement came on Elche’s website, confirming the loan with a contract worth €250,000.

Re: Juventus deal for Nani?
Finally we can play 433 like in the good old days. plus pepe comes back.
But DAMMIT! they sold Giaccherini and kept Giovinco. maybe we can do Gio + Cash for Alexis Sanchez and lock up the title early.

Re: Juventus deal for Nani?
Apparantly Paddy Power paid out on bets for Carlos to Juve before it was announced too.
I dislike Nani with his theatrics sometimes but even when we were 7th and linked to him, he spoke highly of us.
Get him in

Re: Juventus deal for Nani?
Very small chance of them getting Nani bro
United won't sell to City
Madrid are 1 signing away from a mass exodus. They have 3 too many attackers as it is.
PsG spent a lot of money on Lucas for that role anyway.
Nani's bound to be on the radar or some clubs. But the ones that are on our level are massively over-stacked.
He'd be our only true right winger.

Re: Juventus deal for Nani?
Nah Asamoah is nowhere near the level required to be a winger attacking wise. And not on the right either
Ideally it'd be a 4-3-3 from right to left with a front line of
Nani-----------------Llorente---------------Tev

Re: Juventus deal for Nani?
Why do you intend to drop Pirlo in each of your lineups ?
Last time i checked,he's still an integral part of the team..

Re: Juventus deal for Nani?
Also Asamoah must be kept away from these attacking positions. He's simply not good enough, his strong point is his work rate and defensive qualities. Now we're no longer 7th we've moved on from these 'filler' players who offer little offensively
If we want to compete with the best, we can't match them in formations and then play vastly inferior wide men
But yeah a 4-2-3-1 would also be a solid option.

Re: Juventus deal for Nani?
Nani suggested in an interview a few weeks ago that he doesn't want to leave; he said that he is impressed by Zaha and now that his position in the first XI isn't secured, he'll work more at the trainings. He wants to fight for a place in the first team; United doesn't want to sell him. Nani will probably stay.
Now that he has some competition on his position will help him a lot.

Re: Juventus deal for Nani?
Nani is a sick player no doubt about that but if we got him and played a 4-3-3 who would be the other winger pepe? he's not good enough, tevez? he wants to play as a striker. i say sign nani but only if we can get another quality winger in the squad someone like di maria it would be a dream but i think it is unrealistic.
