Posting new topics!!

hey Admins,
is it possible to limit the members, who are able to post a new topic ?? so we don't have a lot of fake accounts creating topics to bash a team or to troll, let's a say minimum of 30 post to be able to create a new topic??

I disagree, if someone new joins and they have something to say they should be able to say it while being only limited by the rules.

30 posts is not much.It will allow them to see how the forums work instead of creating silly threads where members will make fun of their logic and opinions and alienating them.

It will also discourage multi-accounters and trolls...
