killing the shadows
what do you think is the best way for a manager to help his team get out of stress caused by unsuccessful year before him . When a club experience a bad year or two there is a high chance of probable that after even 1 loss , players to lose confidence and lose perspective . the easiest way is to win every game but that's not always possible , what can a manager do to fix that

Well, teams nowadays employ psychologists and "Mentaltrainer" (mind coach?) who help players over difficult phases, so I think the coach is not alone responsible for getting his players in good mental shape after a defeat or a bad season.
