Chelsea only became a bona-fide "big" team after Roman's era started, so I wouldn't think it fits this list. Doesn't mean I don't want it to happen though, God knows I just love to watch these EPL vs La Liga clashes

More to the point of the OP, my pick would be Juve vs Real. I've had some fond memories of this clash going back to teenage ADP meets teenage Raul in '97 semis (I think), a Nedved/ADP inspired Juve ending Real's hopes of retaining the trophy in 2003 (that one still hurts ) right through to Del Piero putting on a master-class at the Bernabeu back in 2008.

If there was ever a footballing God, Real Madrid vs Juventus F.C. would be an annual fixture in the Cl.
