Why you mad doe??BarrileteCosmico wrote:Of course, so would I. But when people ask "How come when United won against a better team with a similar result no one made hyperbolic statements abuot them?" I think the answer is that they're not an exciting side. It gets boring to repeat myself, but I never claimed that attractive football has any relationship with getting the result you want, so I'm not sure why people are getting defensive and mentioning results.Vlad the Impaler wrote:Well, as I said before; I'd rather win the EPL with less attractive football than win the 4th place trophy with attractive football .

Agreed. But for me as a fan of Man United, it was a good game to watch.BarrileteCosmico wrote:Of course, so would I. However, I agree with the fact that a neutral fan wouldn't enjoy our win as much as City's game. I am glad that you understand why I rate efficiency higher than attractive football.

Carragher's punditry is cracking me up. He just waffles on.
Needs to take it easy a bit. I think he'll get better with time. Seems nervous atm.

Once a thread reaches the 55-65 page mark it is automatically split into a new topic.Vlad the Impaler wrote:Why can't we let the thread alive until it reaches 999 pages?B-Mac wrote:week 1...gonna need new thread by week 2Gil wrote:Thread blew up.

I find Gattuso style much more attractive than Ronaldinho's and most won't agree with me... who says what's attractive or not?
@haters
if you don't like Man United style stop watching them, you'll get less frustrated when they win by "lucky" goals... Lol if Moyse wins the league in the first year, the amount of butthurt

Anyone Notice Soton were playing with two 18 year old as Full Backs both from Academy, Luke Shaw and Calum Chambers

Yeah i saw that
Got no confidence in this club at all at the moment, which is why i been saying all pre season we would be lucky to finish higher than 15th.
Pardew is a problem, but some of the players are overrated and need displacing in the line up.

I want Soton to win the league cup. Think they'd be great in Europe. They have the right balance with experience / youth and look like they'll be a dangerous team in 2-3 years.

Re: Barclay's Premier League discussion '13-'14
WOO HOOO love see MAn C this good. They bossed the game first half, and the red carded ended it.
Dezko finally in good form and glad to see Pelle trying to make him first choice and build the attack with him and both Navas and Silva. Aguero looking so good already wow.
Zabaleta what a god of a RB hes been for the past year at least now.
Very entertaining football under Pelle which is what I expected, but still, that many chances vs Newscatle surprised considering everyone is still gelling. Not to get too excited yet but so far so good
