Jovetic could stay at Fiorentina

Corriere dello Sport have reported this morning that Stevan Jovetic could stay at Fiorentina next season.

The Montenegriin forward has been heavily linked with a move away from the Viola this summer, with Juventus, Arsenal and Napoli all reportedly interest in his signature.

But with Adem Ljajic increasingly on the verge of a switch to Milan, the hierarchy at Artemio Franchi are warming to the idea that they may not have to sell their star asset.

The 23-year-old is said to be pleased with the arrival of Mario Gomez from Bayern Munich, with only a bid of €30m enough to change the Viola’s minds.
