look at the team from60's-70's-80's yes had some big time player's but all fit in the team, just look at Man U they at times did not have best players over 20 odd year's but had the best team

Luis Suárez best position is a False 9 so we can not have Sturridge as a centre forward nor play Sturridge out position is good for him so would drop Sturridge,

then why have wide attacking midfielder's as they cut in & try to put a ball for Suárez but most of time Suárez not in the box, so would find way change are wide players,

if play Suárez out wide we not get best of his attacking,

so like i said Suárez is a Individual not team part, so would change hole team to fit Suárez, then what when Suárez get ban agian how going to cope,

but as a team we can drop player & other come's in & still we look a team

Reports suggest Reds management offered 30 million plus 50% of the future resale of a transaction for Willian, we surely can't be this dumb, could we? Only logic here is we don't plan to re-sell him untill his about 31 or 32 when his worth jack shit.

I thought it was 50% of whatever we get past 30m, which would mean unless he becomes a top top player at Liverpool, that's gonna max out at like 2-3m.

You missed out the important part..

I guess its better to sell him for 29.99m just to troll Anzhi Laughing

(than to sell him for 50m and over for instance) in case you are open to a sale in the future.

I guess it is 30m euros, i dont see anything bad about the offer as spurs are already in the race. In case if we sell him for 40m, we would give 5 to anzhi...in case if he gets sold after 3 years, paying something like 5 from someone else's pocket will be trivial i guess.

If Tottenham really are in the race to sign Willian, then that's final confirmation that Bale is leaving. No way they'd spend this much money on a left winger with Bale in the team. Also, it's highly unlikely that Willian will ever be sold for more than whatever we're ready to pay for him, so the mentioned clause matters little.

I know mate it is too confusing, SSN showing the same interview oF AVB where he said NO when asked about Willian but they saying that now they have moved ahead of us.

Just wait until tomorrow. Supposedly that's when Willian himself will decide. Even if he doesn't, it just shows how little the papers actually know about the situation and how little they should be trusted with reports.

Whatever happens with the Willian transfer, happens. Getting worked up over it won't change anything at this point.

Hopefully Willian chooses Spurs. Think he will too. He's friends with AVB after all. We'd be stupid to put Willian on 85k a week (what he's currently on now) as well...

Arda Turan and Eriksen seem to be the back ups. I rate them both higher than Willian and think they'd be a better fit as well...

We haven't been interested in Eriksen since March or May and there's been no indication of interest in Turan at all. That's as likely as not just papers recycling years-old links to make a story.

It's certainly nice to see how little you trust Rodgers' and the committee's judgement on Willian though.

Turan's agent has came out and said that two clubs in England are interested in Arda and that can have him for 20m (his buy out clause) and that Arda is interested. Given our interest in the past, one of those can easily be us. He's a Liverpool fan after all.

And really? I was backing Rodgers' committee with Aspas, Mkhitaryan and Costa as I've never seen them play.

I was against Dempsey, and looked how that turned out. We dodged a bullet there.

I'm simply not a fan of Willian, like I said, from what I've seen, he's just all flair with no end product. And given his price, I don't know why we're interested. It seems more like a panic signing because we've missed out on Costa / Mkhitaryan to me rather than buying someone that will help push for CL / the title. I mean, we're only in for him because Willian is available for sale. I'd like to know how well scouted he was.
