Giggs: "Thiago is suffering..."
“He’s a good player. But there’s always a lot of speculation with United and good players. We’ll see if it happens in the end, but he’s a big talent.”
"He obviously feels like he needs more games and at United he can get that"

Of course there is always lots of speculation with United and good players.
Ronaldinho, Benzema, Özil, Villa, Hazard, Lucas, Modric, Sneijder, Varane, Ronaldo comeback.
Problem is: United never get those players.

With Xavi's age and Xavi just playing the Confeds and Thiago's performance in the Cup Final I'm sure this season would of been his season to break out with Barca. But if he leaves I can't blame him and wish him luck.

Aye, but Xavi is still gonna play at least 30/35 games this season. Plus there's some guy called Cesc there too!

Re: Giggs: "Thiago is suffering..."
Right, but Cesc doesn't play Xavi's role/position. With Neymar in town Cesc is going to have to settle with rotating with Iniesta which isn't going to work with him. Cesc is quick to complain about playing time and before the club would slot Iniesta to the left wing to make room for Cesc since Villa was injured. Now with Neymar in town this isn't going to happen. We have no one else that's ready to back up Xavi besides Thiago. If anything it would of made more sense to accept Man Utds bid for Cesc and keep Thiago since Thiago can play both Iniesta's and Xavi's role and Cesc cant.
Anyway, like I said I wish him all the well if he does leave
