Re: Game of Thrones - Part 2
OMG GTFI boss premier How have I missed this beauty of a show
I had no idea they recasted Daario Naharis
Loved the fact that they touched base with all characters and gave them some air time. Gonna be an amazing season.
More thoughts later.

Re: Game of Thrones - Part 2
Now that you mention there were quite a few characters they glossed over. Lord Varys, Littlefinger, Stannis, Loras, Melisander, The Frey's/RooseBolton, The Greyjoys, Davos. Bran and co.

Re: Game of Thrones - Part 2
I assume the second episode will cover all the other characters before shit storms.
As for the episode, Oberyn vs Tywin has GOAT potential. Arya and The Hound too

ffs what a goat episode
That new character Oberyn
Think Shae will die brutally now that Cercei's spy spotted her
The dragons, especially the black one is getting way out of control. Stay safe Dany
The Hound and Arya ffs

Well you don't want to know the validity of that, so I can't answer the second part of that.

Re: Game of Thrones - Part 2
Arya getting that revenge on that sh*t had to be my favorite part of the episode
also Indira Varma on GOT
have always had a thing for her, though is it just me or directors take advantage of her role in movies/tv series, she always plays a highly sexual role in shows...... I think she's great and shouldn't be confined to such roles only, it hurts me to watch her in such roles cos I feel directors are taking advantage of the part she played in the movie Kamasutra

The internet is a land mine of Game of Thrones spoilers ffs. Avoided 2 different ones today. Literally stopping myself 2 or 3 words into the sentence just to avoid the spoilers. Bloody book readers

Re: Game of Thrones - Part 2
Tyrion's first words of season 4, my personal favourite phrase which I use a lot recently: "pls don't"
That chicken scene at the end
That's why I love The Hound. His banter (don't know if you can call it that because he's usually serious with his threats) is brilliant and of course his fighting skills
Arya Stark
Her own dragons will be her own demise. Khaleesi can't control them.

Re: Game of Thrones - Part 2
The whole dynamic of Arya-Hound was the highlight of the episode.
Also, is anyone else getting a bit bored of Dany's plotline
So far its been conquer city x, free slaves. Rinse and repeat

No Stannis
Arya and the hound indeed saved the episode from being meh for me.
She's awesome, sometimes I even forget that she's a lame Stark

Re: Game of Thrones - Part 2
- prediction (spoiler?):
- Stannis was going north to fight the white walkers right?
Hopefully we'll see him in the next episode.
The Joeffry wedding will probably be episode 9 or 10 with many 'wtf' 'holy shit' to happen ala 'red wedding'
Oberyn with ill intentions
