Wigan didn't dominate, Man City could have easily won the game had they of taken their chances. Was surprised Wigan PTB with 5 at the back, considering they're meant to be a 'footballing side'.

Easily one of the top 3 managers in the Premier League. However, I am biased because he is my favorite manager in the world. Hoping he finally gets the job he deserves.

Wigan were the better team for the whole game.

You had the feeling that Man City might get in behind Wigan's defence, but they just couldn't pull it off, especially after their best player on the night IMO, Zabaleta, got sent off for some really stupid yellow cards.

In the end it was Wigan, a team that was united by their hunger to win, that beat Man C, a group of selfish individuals whose goal of getting paid was already achieved before kick-off.

I've seriously never seen a bunch of players strutting around the field like such lazy sacks of shite in a cup final.

On the other hand, you have McManaman, Kone and Espinoza running their hearts out for the team.

And Mancini was so, so outclassed. Stupid line-up, stupid substitutions. Meanwhile Martinez was not only able to successfully counter, but keep control of the game for long periods of time. And his only sub of the game was brilliant. Jordi was getting tired and letting the team down a bit, so he sends on Watson and he scores the winning goal.

A well deserved win for a spirited side.

Bittersweet for Wigan, but they worked incredibly hard for this win. Everyone loves an underdog
