We still have the League title and Madrid not winning Champions league to make us feel a tad better.
This. There are things which need to be changed, bring new players who still have the hunger to run their legs out for those titles.
And the score was a bit unfair in my opinion, was pleased with the way we played in the first half without having Messi, we created some chances but their defense was Fort Knox.

Just a normal thing in football things like this happen,,,,, Watch Bayern become softest team on earth next season under Guardiola

lol wat? I wouldn't call a defense consisitng of Van Buyten and Boateng, fort-knox.
Anyhow, any defense that plays against Barca is fort-knox atm. Barca really need to change their system, all those endless passes with no end product are quite boring tbh.

well we both agree we should be minding our own business (our respective teams that is) but honestly wouldn't you prefer one of the German teams lifting the cup rather than Barca too?

Re: Barcelona v. Bayern Munich - post match
I can find one positive. If we would have won today, many fans would have said that the first leg was an accident (just like some Madrid fans believe now that the first leg against BVB was an accident), that we had referee decisions against us and so on.
With a 7-0 aggregate score, maybe the board can start making some necessary adjustments to the current setup. It's the end of a cycle whether we like it or not, but we can recover next year with the right mentality and 3-4 new quality players (just as we did in 2008-2009).

I feel we did a good job in the first half without Messi - wich for me a is a big positive! Offcourse, it was against Bayern Munich with a great defense, so it didnt cause any trouble, but against a smaller side we could have easily scored.

Honestly, I don't care.
What my team does is WAY more important. I'd rather Barca win it then Dortmund, simply because the beat us, I hate losing to eventual winners.
Pisses me off.

As we all know though, the playing style of Barca wont change. But there needs to be a balance between sticking our philosophy and style to something that needs to work and win u games. Need to add and build upon the basic style. If we dont we will be left behind while the competition pull further and further ahead.

you have my respect then.
as I said, for me it wasn't that much about Madrid, it was more about Mourinho.
In fact it wouldn't bother me if you win it next time when the new guys arrives just to troll him

Bayern were just too good. Barca barely tested Neuer. I'm not sure why Messi didn't start. Maybe Vilanova thought the game was already lost and just wanted to preserve him for future games.

I agree its probably the only positive today and truly hope that management does the right thing.
And with our prime thing, Im not so sure, sure we miss a CB, we miss Busquets, we miss Messi, but in some ways our prime now is so far off our prime b4... and I just dont see it going back.

Never seen a top side get humialted like that at this stage in the CL before. Embarrassing. No fight, no spirit. It was a shambolic display by Barcelona.
7-0? 7 fcking 0????
Shocking.

MESSIAH was right after all
I remember the fights between him and madrid-barca fans beginning of the season.
Did he get a permanent ban or something?
