To answer the title of the thread: Yes I do think the coaching staff of teams teach players ways to con the referee.

I don't think they do. It's just there's certain player/s on a team that usually do it. If clubs did, then everyone on a team would dive, which doesn't happen.

In the YT-video "Barcelona, cheaters, actors" or Whatever its called, there is a session where they teach Barca players to dive IIRC.

They offer doctorate programs at Barca... very much perfected there. They recruit the most talent actors from around the world like Sanchez, Alves and Mascherano.

This isnt anyone teaching anyone anything.

Nothing wrong with what Fergie does here either, all he saying is dont stay on your feet with contact...refs aint going to give you a foul unless you go down, even if it is a foul..dont see the issue.
