I could try to find time for it but probably won't be able to put as much into it as I'd like. My semester ends the 4th week of April, any time after that would be ideal.

I would suggest that the participanty upload their finished entries to servimg.com and send them to one of the admins who will at the end of the deadline then post one topic with the anonymously published banners for the users to vote on.
