Toure back on the market?

Toure the money whore is yet again back on the market, or at least his agent says so.

Toure makes an undecent amount of money so you have to wonder, which club will be interested in paying his wages.

Also, a legend as big as the unicorn that needs to die, Toure is not a DM anymore, and hardly an elite tackling and ball hustling CM. He is a bonafide AM that use his physique to bring something new to the position.

where do you see him ending up? with Alonso not likely to renew, everyone is out to find a replacement, and many madrid fans think he is a DM . I could see PSG getting in, a Verratti-Toure-Matuidi midfield is stuff of champions. His wages are a big obstacle for most clubs tho, specially since he is about to turn 30.

Because lettuce be cereal the only two options for him as things stand are staying at City or going to QSG

Or maybe Anzhi since they would guarantee him enough money to even be able to buy a football club.

(I could see this as a possibility since he's already won CL,league titles in Spain and England)

PSG would pay him a lot and he'd get to live in Paris as a superstar. For me it would be a very easy choice.

No chance of that happening...Peps the one who got rid of Toure in the first place, why would he want him back now that he's older, fatter, and lazier? Wouldn't even be the best AM at Bayern..

Not to mention, is there any Bayern player that makes close to the 250k per week or whatever Toure's obscene wages are?

Unless he buys out the rest of his contract (which is not out of the question) his only realistic options are QSG and Anzhi

You're assuming he doesn't want to win any more. Not a given imo.

Either way could potentially get paid 14 million or something like that. Would the extra 6 million be worth it? Especially if he decides he doesn't like it and leaves after 1/2 years?

I would go to PSG if they'd have me and then maybe go to Anzhi

Can't believe how silly and childish his agent is with his comments. I mean, he said something like "if no contract by the end of the week, we'll throw our toys out of the pram".

Toure is contracted to City until summer 2015 and he will be 32 by then. Why does he and his agent think there absolutely has to be a contract extension for him in 2013? The answer obviously is that they want to maximize the years in his contract and therefore the money he'll be making, but I'm not sure would even City offer a 32-yo player a £200 000 / week deal.

I doubt many elite clubs would be interested in him. He's almost 30 and he'd probably cost a lot. I'm sure PSG would prefer playing 4 attackers and Matuidi and Verratti in midfield. No one in the EPL would buy, Serie A teams probably wouldn't be able to afford him and Real Madrid/Barca don't need him.

He should stay at Man city for one more season at least. Then after losing some space he'll should leave either Russia or PSG . I'd love him at Barca but won't happen.

The best move for him would be playing in the MLS or Italy after the WC imo
