If FIGC wants La Nazionale to benefit, they need to implement something like 6 5 or at least something similar to it. I completely agree no questions asked. There's a reason why the FIGC wanted to limit EU Spots to give more Italian talent chances. Because many are there, but as usual foreigners just get in the way. Is that true? I've just read about it.. so, now they have a new available spot for a foreigner. It makes it easier for them if they really want Ganso.

Not just AC Milan, its been the made the rule for whole of Italy.

So yes it will be easier for them to sign Ganso now, but i have said it before and i will say it again no way in hell does Santos sell Ganso and Neymar in one summer they will sell one if they sell any at all.

I personally believe Ganso is closer to a sale than Neymar is.

I am not so sure... there are clubs actually willing to pay for Neymar's full price, and I haven't anything like that related to Ganso's case...

There's no proof to back my statement up its just a feeling i have that Ganso will leave and Neymar will stay.
