Moyes fcked up playing him against Newcastle for the full 90 mins when he clearly wasn't match fit. A silly error of judgement that is going to hinder us in our most congested period when we need as much quality players as we could. We're already struggling for goals, now if Rooney gets injured or suspended, we are done for.

The only saving grace is that in his absence, we play all the teams in the bottom half of the table. That is the only slight positive I can think of.

Just sad that it seems his injury problems seem to be resurfacing again. I guess we rinsed out his injury-free luck in that title winning season.

Not only that Red but he was so bloody deep there was noway he was going to be effective... he was in the box twice the whole game.

Moyes' new training regimes has made RvP missed so many games through injury. SAF used to let RvP do "light training" and make him stay fit. Moyes.
