I'm happy. Wouldn't mind a City dominance of PL until we can get back to the top. Anything is better than United or Chelsea winning the league.

Yeah i would improve on Clichy too tbh, sticks out like a sore thumb.
Just wonder who the striker will be Cavani would be great if they can pull it off.

AS says its a done deal.
Harsh. Mancini has much more experience in winning trophies(domestic) than Pellegrini.

They are pretending to be classy and sticking with the manager who brought them the league title last season. Once Pellegrini forms a cohesive unit out of City he'll be forgotten though. Remember Tevezgate? Took the City fans like ... dunno ... 2 months to cheer his name again.

Think about it mate...
You come and win 3 trophies in 3 seasons have a chance of winning your 4th this weekend for a club that are used to winning f*ck all.
You would love him too lol....
Pellegrini is great though, a lot of City fans don't know who he is probably lol and i can understand why they adore Mancini.

Unfair comparison, Mancini was at Inter with zilch competition and at City with infinite funds.
Where has Pellegrini been which comes close to being in a similar chance of competing for trophies?
1 year at Madrid where he got 96 points and unfortunately was up against a Barca side who got 99 points?

Some managers likes Pelle spend a career not being given a chance at big clubs while scrubs like mancini are handed teams with huge budgets. there is a handful of managers out there that only get the big jobs while potentially more talented peops are around coaching mid level teams never getting an opportunity.
I genuinely hope City whoops some serious ass with Pelle as their coach (if it does happen)

Re: Pellegrini to Man City - Official
Manchester City have reportedly come in to take Malaga’s Isco for a summer transfer, ahead of Barcelona.
AS report today that Barca had been following closely the sought-after 21-year-old, who is expected to leave Malaga this summer despite only recently renewing his contract.
It is understood, though, that City have acted to tie up a deal ahead of them. Details are currently unspecified, but negotiations reputedly began back in mid-April.
City apparently decided to enter into talks for the Spain international then amid reports of an inquiry from Monaco and then follow-up meeting between the Ligue 2 side’s officials and Isco’s agent.
The English side’s move has also allegedly come after advice from the Anchovies’ Coach Manuel Pellegrini, who is also speculated as joining City in the summer.
Isco has a buyout clause at La Rosaleda set at €35m.

i am absolutely gutted that Mancini leaves. i loved the way Man City got owned in European competitions.
it was my second favourite part of the this year's UCL.
now they are gonna start winning games and it will make next year UCL pretty boring excpet for Juve games.
Pellegrini...my personal fun-killer.

I hope he can convince his compatriot Vidal to come as well.

Re: Pellegrini to Man City - Official
That's really great for them in the short term, I rate Pellegrini highly.
With that said, what about the long term? City are doing themselves no favours in the next 3 years or in the near future. Yaya signed a contract for 3-4 years this season extension on hefty wages; he probably only has one or two seasons left in him. Pellegrini is in his 60s, is he not? Decisions like these will hurt them.
Their direct rivals in United took a pro-active move to get a manager for the long term in Moyes. I doubt he's the right man for them but they have the right ideas... should be interesting to see how this turns out.

There's a massive difference between the two... lol
Infact, it's like comparing Steven Gerrard to Tom Cleverley and asking who's better...
