mine sits on table flat

interface is very smooth......

very very fast too.....


and the DS4 ohmamamama mia feels very smooth and better.....
no problems so far, downloading the update fingers crossed since some people systems' crashed after update.....

Yh it does lol dunno how some people have their's not sitting flat, downloaded the update and using my free 30 month ps+ that comes for free, downloaded update and everything is smooth....

the robots are funny lol

my game came with battlefield 4 for free wanted to go trade it for assasins creed but gamestop wants to give me 29$ for it lol so I might just sell it online or keep it .....

but so far s good if you were waiting for the lab mice like me to get it to giv you a rating before you purchase

I would give it an 8.9/10

Yeh you can, but having to do it everytime you want to watch something is inconvenient.

Which is why sometimes when we're playing clubs, I have to click the playstation button to see what's written in chat.

There is a way to do this btw.... but typing in a code is very inconvenient instead of just clicking appear offline like on Xbox.

Yeh it's possible using that code and I've used it before, however PSN should have more than just 'away'. Should have online, busy, away, appear offline etc etc.

You should get 1 month PS+ free with the console. Need to add your credit card to your account to activate it though. I already have a year PS+ though, been using it since I got my PS3 free games every month

Haven't seen anywhere with cheaper PS4 games yet though. I'm just getting Killzone and Fifa for the foreseeable future.

I doubt there will any sort of price drop until christmas next year at the earliest, and we're talking 30 quid cheaper I'd think.

Remember when Sony launched a video game console that cost $599? It didn't take long before the company tried to figure out ways to cut down the price of the system. Nine months after the launch of PS3, the company released a $499 model, one that removed hardware-based PS2 backwards compatibility and the built-in flash card reader. It also included a game and a larger hard drive.

It's unlikely PS4 will be so quick to drop its price, Sony points out. Why? Because it's so cheap to begin with, of course. "Our hardware teams have chosen more standardized components to create PlayStation 4 and that's contributing to our launch price of $399 versus $599 for the PS3," Sony's Shuhei Yoshida said. "Because we're already using more standardized components, the room for costs to come down might actually be slower than when we were starting with cutting edge stuff."

"When we need to source components to get more supply to the retailers, that approach definitely helps compared to some cutting edge component that only one manufacturer can produce, like Blu-ray or the Cell processor. Those were big bottlenecks," Yoshida told GI.biz. "It's much better this time."
