I know, but just an example, man city are interested in every single player, and they don't get most of them, so these rumors regarding Monaco are kind of pointless. at least, that's what I think!

The comparison wasn't in quality. The comparison with QPR was that they are basically overpaying for aging (past-it) stars to the point that it will bite them in the ass.

It also shows you havent read my post properly either when in the last sentence i have mentioned that they are in a very healthy financial situation with their new stadium and all which is why they are able to afford the 'big names' in the first place even if they are 'past it'.Besides its the Turkish League we are talking about not some top tier league,they are one of ,if not the biggest clubs in Turkey since they have a huge fanbase in Turkey as well as in some countries abroad where there is substantial Turkish population.I'm sure all the money spent on these players would be easily recouped through shirt sales.So there's no way its going 'bite them in the ass'.

So in that sense its stupid to compare them to QPR who hardly even have a decent fanbase in England.

Plus Turkish tax rate is not as high as England for example(its very low infact).So they can afford to pay high wages to these 'ageing stars'.

Sneijder is not earning that high as people think actually.Its pretty much the same salary of what he was earning at Inter ,only difference is that the tax rate in Turkey is lower as opposed to Italy.
