Re: Europa League: Round of 32
- Could see Viktoria Plzen stunning Napoli, tbh. They have been complete ass in Europe because they want that scudetto.
- Inter have also been woeful as well so I won't be surprised if they get dumped out either. Cluj do have a past record as giant killers. Ask Roma and Chelsea.
- Lazio are the only ones who actually have looked good and though they are utter scrubs, they'll get it done against BMG.

Re: Europa League: Round of 32
Anzhi v Hannover 96 - very hard match. I hope Zieler will beast, the Hannover defense certainly won't. Hannover is always good for a goal or two and they won't give up. With luck a 2:2 or 3:3
Bayer Leverkusen v Benfica - that should be winnable by Bayer. 2:1.
Borussia Moenchengladbach v Lazio - difficult. BMG is not in the form of last season, Lazio misses Klose, though. I hope for a narrow win by BMG, so 1:0
FC Basel v Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk - Basel just started their season with a convincing 3:0 over Sion this Sunday. Dnipro just come out of the training camp in 20°C warm Spain into freezing Basel and they had their last competitive match 70 days ago. If Yann Sommer keeps his goal clean, this could be 2:0 for Basel.
Stuttgart v Racing Genk - If hope for a convincing win by Stuttgart. Genk played two not really convincing draws against Basel in the group stage, so Stuttgart should not have many problems against Genk, especially at home. 2:0

Re: Europa League: Round of 32
Four German teams
Bayer will surely win this one, they might concede but they will score enough. their defence is not so reliable sometimes, specially on counter.
BMG, difficult game against Lazio, may be a draw.
Stuttgart, it should be easy for them but let's see.
Hannover away, hmmm difficult, they should get a draw and come back home happily I guess.
Liverpool, dont wanna say anything, unpredictable. Spurs match will also be interesting.

Well, we are playing first XI, and haven't lose 2 games in a row all season.
I am confident of a resounding 1-4 win today

Re: Europa League: Round of 32
Serie A is 15 co-efficient points behind the Germans as of now.It will take a lot of years to surpass them or even come close to them, besides most German teams are doing well in Europe as well.
If Man United end up getting knocked out and if Bayern and Dortmund progress through ,Bundesliga will most likely be overtaking the Premier League by the end of the season in the co-efficients ladder.
At this point,Serie A has to hope to be not overtaken by Ligue 1.
Ligue 1 is closer to Serie A than Serie A being closer to Bundesliga at the moment. It would be really embarrassing and Italian football would've hit a new low If Ligue 1 overtakes if i'm honest.

Italy needs at least 1 more stable top team. Roma has been horrible since Spalletti left, Juve spend many years recovering from 2005, and Milan never renewed the old CL winning squad from 2007. Inter basically had 1 good CL campaign.
Not so weird that Serie A cant get the 4th place with so many teams showing no consistency.
Dont think we can trust Napoli either, who knows where they will finish in Serie A when they sell Cavani this summer? Lazio is full of old people, but a good coach, and Fiorentina is too early to tell. If Jovetic goes this summer, who will replace him etc.

Well, I did actually put down arguments why I think so, too. Can you give arguments for your reasoning if you think differently?Idiot wrote:lol all the teams you like winrwo power wrote:Anzhi v Hannover 96 - very hard match.
