This is the conclusion that can be drawn from the survey that Sigma Dos carried out for MARCA. It showed that 77% of club members believe Florentino Pérez should renew the Portuguese player's contract and, furthermore, they wouldn't have any problems with his pay-check increasing in the process.

Ronaldo's contract with 'Los Blancos' expires in June 2015 and, as the player himself hinted at the start of this season, his future with Real Madrid is still up in the air after showing signs that he was unhappy. It's time for the club's members to express their opinions, and the result is clear: they want his contract renewed.

Only 18.5% are against the suggestion. This can be considered a low figure and it confirms that he is both popular and admired amongst the club's members. The male members (at 78.2%), as opposed to the female ones (64.5%), are those who show the greatest support for renewing his contract.
