With the poor form plus how bad the dressing room is getting, could we see Man U getting an unexpected win? Their midfield would get rapped any day though their wing play will destroy RM defences and with the terrible fullbacks that RM possess then I can see a few goals being leaked in. Casillas will have to be on his game and in fact RM should rest a few players before these two games to get a fresh positive approach to such an important two legs.

If RM pick up form, I can see us coming out.

The key thing is to get a right back in the winter, and with marcelo coming back, it should help.

Against man u CR WILL have to track back.

However if mou keeps fking up, it won't be pretty.

Marcelo may come back but will he be 100% match fit? Plus, he will be doing much more defending than usual. He can't afford to attack relentlessly.

With Madrid being off form they can get a beating at Old Trafford, then again Man U dont have the best defence/midfield. I see it as a tight tie where one team edges out the other by a goal

You people do know that the games aren't until late February. Almost 3 months for teams to gain and drop form. Right now it means nothing

It will be a close tie IMO but i think Man Utd's superior front line will prove the difference, not to mention Madrid will hate the amount of width that Man Utd play with.

If these two sides met today,it would be shit in terms of quality but would guarantee you 100% entertainment for the neutrals just like the Premier League games which were played over the weekend.

Although a lot could change over two months time.

First of all it's still December for me Second, Yanited's defense is worst than ours while attacking wise it's pretty equal. I don't see how you can say that their front-line can make the difference while ours wouldn't.

Don't understand why you would dramatically change the side for the two legs. If Marcelo is fit he will be playing at LB not LW. Doubt Ronaldo would play in the centre tbh... Why not run at Rafalol? Mou/new coach will try to stick to the same strong side for these two legs.

Midfield at this point means mearly nothing, as both of the teams lack significant players to make an impact.

Two deep lying midfielders with great passing ability means nothing v a counter attacking team? Coupled with Rooney / kagawa dropping deep as a focal point?
