Lucio seeks Juve exit?

Juventus are flying high, but summer signing Lucio could well be looking for a January transfer away from Turin.

The Brazilian veteran was a surprise arrival when he terminated his contract with Inter early, as he had been expected to move abroad.

However, the 34-year-old has only made two starts this season against Chievo and Nordsjaelland.

Sky Sport Italia suggest Lucio was upset that Martin Caceres was given the nod in defence against Bologna when resting Giorgio Chiellini.

It is now reported that Lucio is ready to ask for a January switch to Brazil or Turkish side Fenerbahce.

He was a free transfer and many believe he was brought in just in case Leonardo Bonucci received a lengthy ban in the betting scandal. Bonucci was cleared of all wrongdoing.

Yea, sell him, nothing wrong with that. He wants playing time but he surely isn't Juve level to be honest. Hope we can get some money for him

If he wants to leave then let him. But unless he regains his from from 3-4 years ago he wont be starting here at Juve any time soon. Sell him and bring back Masi.

For me he was always a depth signing! I do however understand if he wants more playing time...I for one think the defense should have been rotated more than it has been so far. I mean Caceres, Marrone and Lucio should be getting more appearances as we need to keep the starting back 3 fresh and free from fatigue. If he leaves in Jan then good luck to him if he stays then he will be more than welcome!

in the two games he played he was ok.

i would start him in some chievo, pescara or siena games..to give barza, bon-bon and chiellini some time off...

having said that, i would prefer to see sorensen back am playing from time to time and masi too...
