On Tuesday, it was reported that the club could face a 20-game suspension from the Estadio Monumental following the shocking scenes of violence in the stands and around the stadium during the promocion match.

It's really the City's fault that all hell broke lose. The cops were just completely undermanned and the situation was completely predictable. Wtf did they think was going to happen if River lost? Even if we won we still would've broken everything...

If the things said in the OP are true, they deserve to be punished.
