Re: FIFA 13 Thread
Ogbonna, Nastasic, Hummels, Acerbi, Howedes and Benatia for CB?

Re: FIFA 13 Thread
Ogbonna not good enough on the ball, Benatia is too slow, Nastasic too slow and not good enough on the ball , Acerbi likewise, Hummels just seems like cheating and would bore me to hell.....was considering Howedes.
Was more intrested in Koscielny as a shorter term option, Alderweireld and a couple others I forgot.
Alberweireld is on the slow side, but I can accept it if his passing and so on is as good as it is.
If your going to have a weakness, it better not be technically.

Koscielny has brilliant Intercepting skills and heading. But he is physically weak so it's up to you
You can just buy Moussa Sissoko and play him as CB like i did

In terms of good on the ball and quick, there's Dede and Boateng.
65+ dribbling = good on the ball?

Yeah I fall in overall rating because it doesnt please me if x player is better than y player even if x has lower overrall ratings.
But I'll give it a try.

got this game on the weekend and started be a pro seasons with Sydney FC (no Del Piero ) and at my default rating i was the second highest rated in the side so i got stright into the XI and ive already played two friendlies for Australia. So far ive got three goaols and 5 assists in 7 games from CM

Yeah, I noticed..but its only a short term thing at his age so I think as a rotational centerback it might be alright.
But yeah dont tempt me with the midfield midfield thing man, I already had thoughts like this........Waynama................lol
I was considering Joel Matip too actually. He a defender in the game, but made his name in RL in midfield.

Yeah, I bought Dede in 12. Could always do that again. Or Boateng.
Those two are on the list im considering. I was also thinking slow ass Badstuber because he isnt quite as slow as RL in the game.

Luke Shaw gets to 84 + I believe

Probably why im struggling so hard to find a suitable centerback.

Luiz really does fit and is relatively cheap...but it feels dirty lol
Kaboul maybe, I havent actually looked at his stats. I do like Caulker too..but Barca sign an Englishmen....how rare...feels wrong too.

Do you need a good one immediately or a long term one?
If you're looking for a longer term player then I'd suggest Martin Kelly (marked as RB but very good at CB) or de Vrij.

Re: FIFA 13 Thread
Roberto started with me. In first season I loaned him to Malaga where he played 30ish games. I also loaned Muniesa, Fontas and Jonathan. Not all of them got time but they grew like crazy on loan. All +4 and really high boosting of key attributes.
I'm keeping him this year and don't intend to play him loads but he should grow anyway I hope. Otherwise there's always January loan. Anyway, I like having 2 mids on the bench and Cesc can play false 9. Last year I had lots of injuries in the middle, so I think I can get him 10-15 games. I'm pretty good with rotating.
I had to play the final month with Australian Matt Ryan (19 yrs, 68 rating) in goals lol. UCL final etc.
Roberto will be my Xavi replacement as he declines.

Re: FIFA 13 Thread
Liverpool team, second season September. Got the England job in terms of NT.
---------------Reina
Johnson---Skrtel---Agger---Enrique
-----------Sahin---Vidal
-Shaqiri--------Isco------Neymar
--------------Benzema
Bench: Jones, Kelly, Lucas, Allen, Lallana, Assaidi and Adrian.
Reserves: Gonalons, Borini, Tosic, Carragher, Doni, Robinson, Flanagan, Morgan, Coady, Wisdom, Wilson, Suso, Gulacsi, Yesil, Pacheco, Ngoo, Shelvey, Coates, Sterling and Henderson.
Used the financial takeover thing and bought Neymar, Vidal and Shaqiri. Wanted to buy Pogba, but Juventus wouldn't accept. Tried Henderson/Gonalons/Tosic and cash. I think I even tried Adrian.
In terms of Adrian, I wanted to sell him during the Summer, but didn't get any offers after I listed him. Got an offer prior to listing him, but it was around what I bought him for, so I rejected.
Not sure if I should keep Adrian or not. He's 82 overall and too good for the bench.
If I do sell him, I'm not sure who to buy as a replacement. I'll most likely be using another financial takeover next Summer, so I think I'll have to sell/trade Adrian in January. Is it possible to use a takeover in January?

Omfg I am bad at defending... So frustrating...
In my first 5 games of the season I have conceded 12... Luckily I've scored 17 lol, but its very frustrating...
Just played out a Euro Supercup 5-5 with Marseille...

Started a manager mode with WBA, in my first transfer window i sold Odenwingie and Gera for a combined 7.5mil (6mil and 1.5mil) and then bought Siem De Jong (10.5mil), Aurtenetxe (4.3mil) and the ULTIMATE steal, Lucas Piazon (1mil)

Long term, but not an absolute project because I already have Bartra who is young.
I am taking a look at De Vrij, I liked him in 12 too.

Roberto isnt even in my game, I dont know what the hell is up with that.
Dos Santos demanded to leave, I had to sell him in Jan. Went to Newcastle for 11m.

Re: FIFA 13 Thread
Generally not even worried about my CBs right now though I probably should. Won a scudetto and coppa italia with Castan (81 with +1 potential) & Marquinhos (72 with +2 potential). Castan is actually pretty beast.
Burdisso has declined rapidly (70 with -2) and is now demanding I sell him, which I will duly oblige. I'm thinking of picking up either Felipe Santana or Coates to rotate with Marquinhos alongside Castan.
Dodo (70) has become my choice LB as (Balza 78, -2) began to decline as well. Not quite ready to make changes on that flank yet though.

Why are you saying you had to sacrifice a player that's generally played in a CAM/SS position for an out and out striker? Sure both can play at the same time.
