I think he'll leave/get sacked by the end of this season. It'll be due to poor form/Real Madrid winning the CL.

somehow it makes sense from the viewpoint of his charisma's effect
we all know he is able to bring the best from his players, he did that in each of the teams mentioned here.
we all know he was able to maintain it for the next season too
but we doupt if he can do it for a 3rd season consecutively

coaching,motivating players ability and with the help of his already established name leads to instant success but what about the repetition of it?
i could actually agree that all this is a pure talent of his to achieve the maximum from something only with the first couple of shots if not one shot only, like a resurgent circle effect, he brings something new to the team mentally wise but that something doesnt last forever instead when it ends it brings chaos, something like now?
