Greatest Problem with your club and your solution
Pretty much, state a problem involving your club, might be financial issues, player issues, problems in tactics, formations or maybe even problems in defense or midfield that should be fixed with a transfer. Whats the problem and how do you propose to fix it.
For Barca, our main problem on the field is our defense. We needed a centre back and we should have got a young, tall, pacey centreback in the transfer market. Puyol is getting old and fragile. He is also quite slow and his partnership with Pique will become a disaster. Why? Well because Pique isn't particularly fast. Has long strides though thats it. If we on the counter and we have those two and Busquests back, I can assure you that a Ronaldo, a Ribery, a Di Maria or a Hazard can get past them. We need someone who has pace and is decent position wise. Mascherano is pacey (probably our quickest bloke in the team) though tends to get out of positioned way to often (as proved in Cheslea semi final last season...). Song has been brought in though he is not in any way fast and well Barta and Fontas are too inexperienced to face the big teams. A Dede, Sakho, Agger and even a Luiz would have been a great option. Another issue is our goalscoring though our defence is more of a worry. With Villa coming back. Tello continously improving, Pedro back to his former self we have enough options up front.

Re: Greatest Problem with your club and your solution
for madrid i think our biggest issue is financial (ironically). we have quite a few dead weight players eating up big salaries primarily kaka and carvalho, thankfully we got rid of lass at least.
on the field it has to be the midfield and our RB.
as for the midfield, we either have to not play with 4 attackers (play a 4-3-3 instead) or replace xabi with someone who is more mobile. but in all reality most la liga matches wont require these changes, but against tougher opposition we will be exposed again.
as for RB, arbeloa is slow, often times caught out of position and is getting old. i worry if he is injured or suspended we are going to be SOL, we really dont have cover for his position now that lass is gone. (well we do but it really messes things up)

RB is a worry for Madrid for sure. If Arbeloa is out, you don't have any decent replacement. Lass wasn't that great as a replacement. Ramos should play there and have Varane or Albiol in the middle though its risky. Really should have bought someone.

Re: Greatest Problem with your club and your solution
oh i forgot the solutions.
as for the wage issues we only need to sell kaka, hes the only one left whos contract extends past next summer.
midfield- we did alright to get modric but i think we should have kept granero for backup or at least sign some sort of rotational player or even use alex from castilla if needed. but now we are locked into the 4-2-3-1 basically since we dont have enough midfielders as cover.
rb- we should have signed someone, i would have picked lukas piszczek. we didnt need much but he is athletic and can bring the ball forward + overlap, would have been a huge improvement to arbeloa and had we signed him we wouldnt need to worry about suspensions or injuries.

Re: Greatest Problem with your club and your solution
We don't have many, I think Ronaldo dependancy is abit of a problem.
RB is abit weak but we have Ramos and Nacho to back up there and Essien can even play RB.
Midfield was weak but it's fine now, we have Xabi, Essien, Modric and Khedira, not sure what more people want? We also have Ozil who can step in and play deep as we have a plethora of option that can fill in up front.
I would say wages more than anything but it's not like Madrid are straped for cash anyway.

Leadership. Schweinsteiger and Lahm aren't very good at it. Ribery, Robben and Gomez aren't leaders and the only player who could (and should be) captian is Neuer and perhaps Thomas Mueller (but that is stretching it).
To fix the problem it starts by giving Neuer the role as captain but since Bayern has gone crazy and is now spending for depth, buy a defender or defensive midfielder who is a quality leader like a Pirlo, Ferdinand or Puyol (but you know, someone who could realistically end up at Bayern).

Re: Greatest Problem with your club and your solution
Our greatest problem would be our depth at CM at present.
Fixed easily by buying a CM, Banega, Sahin, Alonso, Arteta, Xavi, Pirlo, Schwienstieger, Modric, Allen, unfortunately none of them seem possible. Except Banega, maybe we should buy him.

Re: Greatest Problem with your club and your solution
Where to start??
Arsenal Board -
They lie to us, are not transparent with finances and not ambitious enough to win trophies.
Solution: Give Usmanov a seat on board and bring back Dein instead of useless Gazidis.
- Arsenal Fitness Team
Everyone of them should be fired and replaced with better people.
- Deadwood
So many players are refusing to leave Arsenal... not because they love this club but because we pay extremely high wages for really average players and they cannot find this luxury elsewhere.
We could never sell Almunia.
Denilson, Bendtner, Chamakh, Park, Squillaci (big facepalm), etc.....
This is a new trend at Arsenal... Just refuse to leave and you will be PAID IN FULL for sitting on the bench or enjoying loans in Europe.
The guy who made those contracts deserves a shooting.
Gunners' feedback is appreciated.

Re: Greatest Problem with your club and your solution
Juves problem is the FIGC constantly trying to screw us over one way or another, but there's really no way to fix that. Another problem is that we still lack that true big name forward, but I think.he will.come soon enough.
SOLUTION: I think Vucinic and Giovinco can form an excellent, possibly even world class partnership and actually become the big names we've been looking for, but we still need depth, so I say bring in Llorrente. Nothing we can do about.the FIGC though.
Bayerns problem is the pressure. I think from failing to win the CL twice now, and coming so close in the recent world cups and euros, the pressure just gets worse for Bayern to actually win something big. Leadership I actually only think is an issue when Schweini is out, because Schweini is a great leader in my opinion.
SOLUTION: As much as Lahm is awesome, I say give the armband to Schweini, and they're good. Then they just need to take winning titles one step at a time. Winning the supercup was a great start for example.
Barcas problem is the pressure too, but for different reasons. This Barca side are being called one of the best teams.of all time, so there's so much pressure on them to win everything, andast season that backfired and they won nothing (nothing of great importance at least). They were also too reliant on Messi last season
SOLUTION: Hope Villa can back to his best so your not so reliant on Messi, and if not then sell him and buy a big player to replace him. And actually hope the media hype actually dies down a bit so they can relax.
Reals problem in my opinion is their defense is incredibly overrated and they don't realize that so they don't try to improve it. Theyve grown accustomed to basically just outscoring the opposition. Let in 2 goals, score 5. But that doesn't work against the other big teams. Pepe is a hotheaded thug and is very overrated, Ramos and Marcelo are quality but they are way too easy to get riled up also, and Arbeloa is decent, but not really up to par.
SOLUTION: Buy a big name CB and either put Coentrao at RB or buy a RB too. And then try to actually keep some clean sheets instead of just outscoring those low table La Liga teams, cuz as I said that doesn't work against other big teams.
Uniteds problem last season was way too much reliance on Rooney. He was supposed to be the Ozil of the team AND the Benzema. Granted, he had Nani and Valencia flanking him which are two amazing wingers, but too much burden was on Rooney and that's why they flopped. Bringing in RVP and Kagawa were good moves by United in my opinion. Their defense was also a catastrophy last season, but with Vidic.back it should be better.
SOLUTION: Bring in a RB and bring in a young CB who can learn under Vidic and Ferdinand and.become.the permanent starter in Ferdinands place by the middle of next season cuz Vidic and Ferdinand are great, but they're both, especially Ferdinand, really getting old. I think they also already solved a lot by bringing in Kagawa and Van Persie.

shitty sporting director who can't see that going into a season with 3 players capable of playing cb is a bad thing - replace him
lack of commercial revenue - buy a player from usa and/or japan
debt - wait till bankia get money from the european taxpayers and build the stadium

We were linked to Roberto when AVB was in charge. We have Oscar and McEachran for young options though so I would rather get Banega.
As for Atleti, Their biggest problem is Money, We also don't have the best board but with a better TV deal (something like the EPL has got) would fix that problem and allow us to be much more competitive.

Problem-the negligence of our great youth evidenced by the sale of Carvajal one of the best talents in our academy having the most assists in Castilla's league
