I find it pretty amazing how people rate hummels so highly,do you guys really watch dortmund and germany? he is a shadow of his former self,constantly making errors that leads to goals,even boateng is in better form atm

Probably could have picked Ibra instead of Falcao, and for that reason change TS for Vidic, maybe Lahm on left and and Valencia or Piszcek on the right. Wouldn't have picked Hazard a month ago to be honest. David Silva would have been my CAM instead, or maybe Aguero. Then i would have swapped Yaya T. for Pirlo. Iniesta and Ronaldo was also a hard one. Having Iniesta though would mean that i would have to put Di Maria as my LAM/LW. Not saying he isn't a great player, don't want to start an unnecessary debate, but Messi is a better player and i think he would be affective on the right, cut in and shoot.
By the way, I don't get what you mean by 2nd team. A totally new team, or do i have to still get players from different teams, if it was my reserves+subs? (Ronaldo on 1st team, can i have Ramos on 2nd team?)

Could swap Baines for Varmealen, then put him as CB and Agger as LB. Or Ganso for Boateng, subsequently Neymar - Huntelaar. Or could put Soldado, Adil - Howedes. Toulalan is quiet old, so M'Villa would be a decent replacement because he is faster. He should be able to keep up with Hulk, Boa and Younes on the counters, but track back fast and break up their attack.
