both more rough at the moment.
Sergi is certainly closer to be able to play with the big boys.
I wouldn't rush things with Rafinha or Gerard. They need to develop their skills some more

Don't think atm he will be a starter for Barca... He won't play another season with the B's imo and will be looking for La Liga action either with Barca or not. Granada may be a good move though for next season. Don't think he will move in January...

A loan would do him good.With Roberto,I just dont understand the rave reviews.He has yet to impress me in his minutes with the first team.
To me he is a player in the mold of Fabregas,that is a direct midfielder.He doesnt come towards the ball as much as I would like.
Even though direct,he hasnt displayed anywhere near the vision or passing ability of a Fabregas.
Perhaps he just needs more minutes.So yes,a loan would do him good.

Sergi is definitely better at crossing, that I can say after three games. Still too early to judge his defensive skills but so far he's been impressive.
The only thing Roberto doesn't have (that Alves has) is link up play with Messi.
That said, I'd keep starting Roberto even after Alves comes back.
