By WWE i mean fans only watching for the entertainment factor and not caring about winning but that teams should entertain the fans as first priority regardless of results. For me the concept of not caring if your team wins or loses is rather retarded too, must be a robot with no passion.

Fans care about who win in wwe, otherwise why do they have wwe tittles. Fans also appreciate the entertainment.

This isn't quite true though....

People remember Brazil 82, Cruyff's Holland etc etc.

While it's true winning is above everything, it doesn't automatically mean if you don't win you wont be remembered.

No... as a fan winning is entertaining, and I guess losing can be entertaining but in a disappointing saddening way. Where as when you're team wins then it's a happy kind of entertainment. This whole thing seems kind of dumb to be honest, Football is a sport and sports are made to win. The moment a sport puts winning at a second it becomes entertainment, and Football is far too important to become that.

I am entertained when a football team tries to will itself against all odds just to win something. The drama and the other factors that come with it is what makes me watch football. All those silly stepovers are just added attractions.

Speaking of WWE, I was a fan of it for some time (Stone Cold, HBK ~ Attitude Era) but when guys like Santino came to WWE I stopped watching it.
