I challenge anyone who meets him not to be charmed by Chris Powell. Good to see him doing well at Charlton, so well that one newspaper dubbed him England's potential first black manager.

Charlton are on the way back up and on that note who do people think will be contending in the Championship this year???

I liked Charlton when they had Pardew and Zheng combo still got relegated some how though . I don't see them getting promoted this season though, if they hit high end of mid table I think it will be a successful season for them easily.
