Just thought I would update everyone on my Gym-ing.

So far I have put on 2 kgs of muscle and am running about 3 times as long as I could before. it's going great Thumbs up

How long are you running for at a time? remember once you get beyond that 20ish min threshold your burning alot more muscle then your are fat which is why HITT>>>>>>

if you need any help/advice/whatever check out the gym/exercise thread

Yes.One thing that makes me run without getting tired is listening to my iPod,most of the time I just stop running because my legs or other body parts start to hurt.I also started doing bench work(idk if that's how you call it) and I'm lifting 30kg now,when I started going to the gym(for the 100th time)I could barely do sets with 8kg lol But I'm going to stop there,I dont want to get bulked up

i recently got my squat up to 84kg (which is a tad heavier then my bodyweight) and my lunge up to 40kg and im getting really good rep ranges on both (four sets of 15 on squats and four sets of 20 on lunges) but those weights are pretty much the absolute max i can lift so after those eight sets i feel absoultley terrible and get that sick/tired/light headed feeling becuase theres so much blood rushing into my quads so i think i might drop the weight on both by about 5ish-kg next week

that works for me too, when im running theres ually a replay of last weeks PL or NRL game or a classic NRL game so i watch that, and it helps so much

hey your lucky! im trying too loose weight while bulking up so i dont get to eat nearly as much as id like to, you on the other hand could eat anything you want to without worrying about it

Haha, yes, my gym buddy is jealous because I eat so badly. Not after my workout though, after every work out I eat cans of Tuna. Thumbs up something like 20% of DI of Protein in them.

Losing weight must suck, I have always been skinny so I don't know how hard it is but I am sure it is.
