No.

UEFA doesn't "hand" anyone anything. There's a mathematic formula to determine who gets what, sorry that Serie A doesn't perform well enough to your liking in European competition, but it is what it is.

Yes becouse Italy beating the German national team must mean Bundesliga is a inferior league to Serie A (which it isnt)

I believe apart from Bayern, no German team has any effect anyway...... 3 would do Germans good trust me...

yeah i think they should remove 1 CL spot from germany

but hand it to spain so we can have 5 spanish teams for the CL

i believe I used "Safe to say?" and I mentioned that only Bayern always have a good impact in the CL among German teams anyway....

No it wouldn't. It's a growing league and it's a better and bigger league than Serie A. Only people who would deny that are the delusional Serie A fanboys.
