Transfers Completed by June 24th

MARKET OPERATIONS COMPLETED By June 24th, 2011

A. S. Roma S.p.A. announces that it has concluded, in the transfer market session dedicated to the exercise of options to buy, buy back clauses and the definition of participation rights, the following transfer operations:

Marco Borriello: exercised the option to acquire outright the rights to the player from AC Milan in favor of the recognition of a consideration of € 10 million, plus VAT, payable in three annual installments through the LNP, of which € 3.4 million, plus VAT, in the 2011/2012 season, and € 3.3 million, plus VAT, in the seasons 2012/2013 and 2013/2014;

Andrea Bertolacci: Exercised the right of the buy back clause, as a result of the U.S. Lecce exercising their right to purchase, for a consideration of € 0.5 million, to be paid by LNP.

Alessandro Crescenzi: Exercised the right of the buy back clause, as a result of the right to purchase on the part of FC Crotone, for a consideration of € 0.175 million, to be paid by LNP.

Aleandro Rosi: Liquidation consensus in favor of AS Roma of the participation agreement in place with AC Siena, for a consideration of € 0.7 million, payable in three annual installments through the LNP, of which € 0.25 million in 2011/2012 and 2012/2013 season, and € 0.2 million in the 2013/2014 season.

Gianluca Curci: Liquidation consensus in favor of AS Roma of the participation agreement in place with UC Sampdoria, for a fee of € 500, payable by LNP.

Stefano Guberti: Liquidation consensus in favor of AS Roma of the participation agreement in place with UC Sampadoria, for a fee of € 500, payable through LNP.

Emiliano Massimo: Liquidation consensus in favor of AS Roma from the participation agreement in place with SF Aversa Normanna, for a payment of € 30,000, paid through LNP.

Riccardo Brosco: Liquidation consensus in favor of U.S. Triestina Calcio of the participation agreement in pllace, for a fee of € 500, to be received through LNP.

Alessandro Malomo: The participation agreement in place with AC Prato has been renewed.

Hmmm....so we lost Brosco then....that's a shame...he's definitely one for the future...I'm quite happy that we got Crescenzi back though. I want to see this kid in the squad this season. He's looked solid everywhere he's played.

Ya it's a shame about Brosco. Never heard of Emiliano Massimo. And I expect Rosi to end of leaving.
