To me it's the ones that achieved something with little money. So Mou only counts because of his Porto years, nowadays it's the Kloppo.

Though to be honest, I will rate Klopp a LOT less, if Dortmund chokes in the UCL again. All the excuses that were valid can't count a third season in a row.
