i hate this spaniard. See him leaving after this season, after pushing all our german players out . Kroos, now Schweinsteiger, and relationship to Müller also doesnt seem too good. But Alonso plays every match despite being crap all second half season Laughing

If Schweini really leaves, then Pep has his mission Baviera Monaco almost accomplished. And if Pep leaves next year after his contract is fulfilled, then it could take the Bayern board years to pick up the pieces.

Bayern are literally two time defending BL champions and would probably win a 3rd one in a row. They made the UCL semis twice and losing to the eventual winners (their losses were awful stuff though).

If Pep leaves next year, only pieces they would realistically need to pick up is the confetti and bottles from a very likely 3rd BL title in a row. They would be fine honestly.
