Yeah, most coaches are former players so they either still are or have been very skilled.
Maradona, Zola, Di Matteo, Dalglish, Mancini... you could make a massive list.

Or De Boer, he still does tons of stuff during the training, but can't really find good vids. But technically he isn't even all that much older than Zanetti, so doesn't count.
