What happens at a manager interview???

Hmm it cant be as grilling and difficult as a job interview obviously because money is no issue for most managers or desperation. Plus the club would already know who they are interviewing in most cases.

But I wonder who is in charge? what questions would be asked? what would be discussed, ie: tactics, signings, issues? how many people would be attending? etc..

I was wondering more on the case of Chelsea FC. or other big clubs.
